All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.
Refunds will only be given if the product was delivered with a manufacturers’ defect or the product is not what the customer originally ordered.

Refund will be given to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the return terms. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. And you are in charge of any costs associated with returning the product (such as return shipping or customs duties).
Getting a refund on PayPal can be as quick as the same day the refund is issued if you paid with your PayPal balance, But it can also be potentially as long as 30 working days if you paid with a credit or debit card.
1. Deerobust will not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery.
2. Returns will be issued for items that are not reworked, used or altered, and have a manufacturers’ defect at the time of delivery.
3. Pack the rim(s) or wheelset(s) securely in the original product package. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories).
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please keep the returns tracking information for your records. Deerobust is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
